Members of the RSDSA Community have started support groups throughout the United States. Some meet in person at a member’s home or another local venue. Others meet online or via conference call.
You’ll find the groups welcoming to new members. They understand what you are going through. The environment is generally positive and solutions-oriented. You’ll learn new coping strategies and benefit from the experience of others. You’ll also likely find that you have much to contribute the group in return.
